Shipping Information

  1. Our Shipping Fee is £ 14.99 per order which will be converted to the local currency based on your choice. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.

  2. After we receive your payment, we need 15-25 business days to process your order (Custom-made orders usually take 30 business days to finish).

  3. We will dispatch your order within 1-2 business day when we finish tailoring your dresses and it usually takes another 3-5 business days for delivery via TNT, DHL, Parcelforce etc.

Notice:

1.The information needed for shipping includes your full name, address, and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE address. While PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.

2.We will ship your wedding gown within 5 working days after finishing packing. And the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track on the specific website by yourself.

3.If problems occur during the shipping of your wedding dress, we will contact you by email to explain the details.

4. We are not responsible for customs taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.
